YEU CHYUAN INDUSTRIAL AT A GLANCE
Yeu Chyuan Industrial Co., Ltd. is a Taiwan-based glue gun manufacturer and exporter with more than 35 years’ experience, providing all markets in the world a comprehensive range of top quality glue guns from consuming to industrial applications at the most competitive price.
At YC where we value creativity and innovation. We are the first producer who introduces twin-shot tech to the production of glue guns and the sequent launch of Bi-color series wins consumers’ attention and spikes sales. Next step, we expand our product spectrum to the battery-tech glue guns to meet the demand of true-cordless products.
Along the way, we have been working with clients for OEM projects and these enables us to not only satisfy the need for glue gun items but also supply clients with a variety of art and craft tools. Work with us, let us support you with good products and let you concentrate on your customers.
What We Do
OEM
Yeu Chyuan has been working with customers for OEM projects. We are capable of design, drawing, sample molding, and mass production. OEM blisters are also workable as we have our own thermoforming department. Besides end products, the injected molding department provides huge capability for plastic parts production. We provide various professions and quality guarantee to feed customers’ needs.
Injecting
Independent injected molding department has capability of 800,000 pcs production per month. One and the only manufacturer in Taiwan has self-sufficient injection department. Over 95% of the production processes are executed in the plant.
Thermoforming
Thermoforming and cutting department taking charge of product packaging create flexibilities for lead time and minimize costs.
Tooling
Tooling department is in charge of creating new injection toolings and maintenance. It creates flexibility and makes the process efficient and smooth.
Assembling and Packaging
Full ranged production lines equipped with automatic machines and well trained staff members create stable quantity and quality.

Nonetheless, the corded bi-color mini glue gun was still a popular, attractive item to buyer and consumers. It has been a major hot product since its debut in 2016. The true cordless glue gun is powered by rechargeable battery type 18650 with capacity 2600mAh that supports a run time of up to 90 mins. The debut of the rechargeable hot melt glue gun surprised the market and marked a milestone of the product development of Yeu Chyuan.

The travel restriction has finally been lifted! It was our first presence at the most important event - EISENWARENMESSE International Hardware Fair or Cologne fair, after the pandemic. We were delighted to have the chance to finally see our dearest friends and prospects at the Koln fair.
During the pandemic, Yeu Chyuan Industrial has continued the development of new products. Several new prototypes were presented there in the International Hardware Fair. The release of our first rechargeable battery glue gun prototype brought a breath of fresh air to the hot melt DIY industry. We will keep improving the prototype and we expect to formally roll out the new tech glue gun in coming year 2023!
