OEM Process Information
Yeu Chyuan Industrial is a progressive glue gun manufacturer committed to developing new products in close collaboration with our clients. We actively seek opportunities to create original designs, which is why our product range has expanded beyond glue guns to include heat guns, soldering irons, light projectors, and other art and craft tools.

Files & Estimation Fee The OEM process begins when the customer provides the necessary files for evaluation and quotation. An initial estimation fee will be charged to cover the time and labour involved in technical review and cost calculation. For 3D files, we accept the following formats: X_T, SLDPRT, STEP, and SLDASM. |

Quotation Sheet Upon receipt of the required files and estimation fee, we will review the information and prepare a formal quotation. The quotation typically includes: Tooling Cost, Tooling Cost Payment, Estimated Tooling Lead Time, MOQ, Unit Price, Payment Terms, and Estimated Lead Time. The quotation is based on the information provided and may be subject to adjustment if discrepancies or unforeseen issues arise during tooling development or production. |

Purchase Order After the quotation is reviewed and confirmed, the customer may place an order. We will then proceed with finalising the 3D files, including any recommended modifications to optimise cost or improve production efficiency. Final tooling lead time will be provided after the 3D files are fully approved. If a prototype is required prior to tooling development, a separate quotation can be provided upon request. |

Moulding & Pre-Production Sample Tooling development will commence once the 3D files are approved or after the prototype is confirmed. Upon completion of tooling, we will advise the customer of the first moulding trial schedule. A pre-production sample (also referred to as a first article sample) will be submitted for customer approval. Should any issues be identified, feedback will be reviewed and necessary revisions made. Revised pre-production samples will then be resubmitted for approval. |

Production Once the pre-production sample is approved, mass production can begin. To shorten lead time, material procurement may start immediately after order placement, subject to discussion and confirmation with the customer. Products are manufactured using approved tooling and established production processes. Quality control is implemented throughout production to ensure compliance with agreed specifications. Final assembly and packaging are carried out according to the customer’s requirements. |

Shipment Approximately two weeks prior to shipment, we will provide the cargo-ready date, shipment volume, and gross weight to allow the customer to arrange booking space. Once production is completed, the finished goods will be delivered to the designated loading port by the agreed closing date. |
